Not really finding much, I decided to build something. I didn't relish the idea of taking a million screenshots and piecing together gifs manually, so I looked into other solutions.
After gathering every gif I could find scouring the internet, I looked into creating new ones. A while back I made this website which is a collection of backgrounds from old 2D fighting games.
